Every new Flowtrail account starts with a 30-day free trial on Plus. No credit card is required to start. We strongly recommend using your trial to make sure Flowtrail works for your business before subscribing.
Flowtrail subscriptions are billed in advance for each calendar month. Once a billing period has started and payment has been taken, we do not issue refunds for that period.
This applies whether or not you used the service during the period. If you are not using Flowtrail, we recommend cancelling before your next renewal date.
You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that. There are no cancellation fees.
To cancel, go to Settings → Billing in your Flowtrail account, or contact us at support@flowtrail.co.uk and we will sort it.
If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge you do not recognise — contact us within 14 days and we will review it promptly.
Genuine billing errors will be resolved either by refund or account credit, depending on the circumstances. We will not make you jump through hoops.
We deal with requests as people, not policies. If something genuinely unusual has happened — a serious service outage, a family emergency, anything that prevented normal cancellation — get in touch and explain the situation. We will consider it on its merits.
We cannot commit to refunding every request, but we will give it a fair hearing.
Contact us about a billing issue
Email support@flowtrail.co.uk with your account email and a description of the issue. Include the date and amount of the charge where relevant.
