The terms that govern your use of Flowtrail.
Last updated: May 2026
Before you continue
By creating a Flowtrail account, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are written to be understandable, not to catch you out.
Flowtrail is a subscription software service operated by [Flowtrail Ltd], registered in England and Wales (Company No. [XXXXXXXX]). References to "we", "us" or "Flowtrail" in these terms refer to that company.
By accessing or using the Flowtrail platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Flowtrail.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@flowtrail.co.uk.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
Each account is for a single workspace. Where team member access is available on your plan, those members are subject to the same terms.
Flowtrail is a subscription service billed monthly. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your chosen plan.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial on Plus. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you will need to subscribe to continue accessing the service.
We will give reasonable notice of any changes to subscription pricing. Continued use after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance.
Prices listed on our website are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable.
Flowtrail is intended for legitimate business operations. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice where necessary to protect the service or other users.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Flowtrail — customer records, quotes, invoices, job information and any other content. We do not claim any rights over it.
You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Flowtrail service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store personal data about third parties in Flowtrail, and that doing so is consistent with your own legal obligations.
We recommend keeping your own backups of important business records. While we take care to maintain data availability, the service is provided without a formal uptime or data durability guarantee.
We aim to keep Flowtrail available and functional. There will be occasional planned maintenance, updates and unplanned outages. We do not offer a formal service level agreement at this time.
We may modify or discontinue features of the service with reasonable notice. Where a material change is made, we will communicate it through the product or by email.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be taken after that point.
We do not offer partial-period refunds when you cancel mid-cycle. For a refund in exceptional circumstances, contact support@flowtrail.co.uk — see our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if payment is not received, or if you are in material breach of these terms. Where possible, we will give notice before doing so.
The Flowtrail platform — including its software, design, branding and documentation — is owned by [Flowtrail Ltd]. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any part of the platform to you.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose during your subscription period.
Flowtrail is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every specific requirement you may have.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost revenue, lost profits or business interruption — arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will give at least 14 days' notice — by email or in-product notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The current version of these terms is always available at this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Flowtrail will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
